    A collaborative project between UKO and ORC, this in-depth analysis of UK consumer attitudes, behaviours, and knowledge regarding organic products spans over 90 pages. Based on a survey of 2,000 participants and 20 qualitative interviews, it provides a clear and detailed picture of UK consumers and their relationship with organic products and farming in 2024.

    Better Food Traders 'Organic Consumer' Retailer Toolkit

    Better Food Traders, a UK-wide network for independent food traders who sell UK-gorwn organic, have created a toolkit based on the UKO & ORC Consumer Insights Report 2024.

    This toolkit draws out data and insights from the report, and includes some tips and advice for food retailers on how to market to organic shoppers.
